New Year, New Traditions
"GT"ing with AEW.com

Welcome 2008!, Wow did we have fun. Again we ate way too much. I do not think we stopped Laughing the entire night!  Some of our new traditions included a few outdoor activites........This is Jacqui idea, she loves sleding, I am not into the cold Nova Scotia winters, but for a friend, ( I must like and trust her) I agreeded, we put on many layers of clothing, I have to admit I am not winterized, (Jacqui says that is next on her to do list).

We hit the cold night air! With GT's in hand, we headed for the hills. I have to admit, it was a blast! She is taking me skiing next (I am sure funniest home viedos could do a whole segment on this). It took me a couple runs to find the brakes (people say the same thing when I drive). Jacqui got air on one of the runs, (I have to ask her how her butt feels today). We came inside did some karaoke, we will spare you pics and details on that one. We topped off the evening with fireworks! This is also new to me. In BC you are not able to make such purchases. We said "hard to Sunday shop here but firworks at all the corner stores, no problem  mmmmm". Nova Scotia knows how to make a bang! We had some New Years Cheer, which helped with the cold, and may have had somthing to do with the singing ability.

We again will spare you some of the details, but we both brought in the the new year with hope, laughter, and surrounded with the promise of a great year ahead. We could not ask for more!
