2008 is a clean slate!!!!

Welcome 2008
Hello to All Empowered Women. First of all we would like to
thank all of the people who have helped us get to this
point. We have been very blessed.
What’s New?
In creating this website we want to be able to empower all
aspects of a woman life. Besides attempting pod casts we
will be bringing you some information on
what’s going on with health and wellness. We feel best when
it starts inward (that’s a little hint).
A Challenge for Everyone!!!
March 8 is International Women’s Day. We wanted to do
something to make a
difference so we have decided to do a fundraiser for a
local charity. It’s the Family Resource Centre located in
Windsor Nova Scotia. We will be doing a pancake
breakfast on this day. We will keep you posted as neither
one of us have done this before. It is sure to be a
learning experience!
The challenge? We would love everyone to get out and make a
difference, whether it is for a friend, neighbor, stranger
or an organization. If we all do a little it will amount
to so much! Do not forget to email us with your story to be
posted. Be creative, share but most of all have fun.

Final note
As 2008 comes in and everyone has made their New Year’s
resolutions, here is hoping that when making our changes we
have not forgotten to look into our hearts to be sure that
our decisions match our true hearts desires!
